Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Kubus is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, servitude and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.

We are committed to complying with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and taking reasonable steps to identify, assess and mitigate the risk of modern slavery within our operations and business relationships. We expect our employees, suppliers and business partners to uphold the same high standards.

Responsibility for our approach to preventing modern slavery rests with our Senior Leadership Team, supported by managers across the business who are responsible for ensuring appropriate due diligence is undertaken within their areas of responsibility.

We provide guidance and awareness to employees to help them recognise and report any concerns relating to modern slavery. Employees are encouraged to raise concerns through the appropriate reporting channels, and all reports are taken seriously and investigated as necessary.

Kubus reviews its approach to modern slavery regularly and publishes this statement annually as part of our commitment to transparency, ethical business practices and respect for human rights.
