Kubus continues 2026 growth strategy with strategic acquisition of Ammcom

Kubus, a leading global provider of managed IT services and infrastructure technology, has announced the acquisition of Ammcom Limited, a network cabling and infrastructure solutions specialist. This move marks a significant expansion of the Kubus service portfolio and further reinforces its position as a growing force for good in the UK IT channel.

The integration of Ammcom follows a period of intense activity for Kubus, which has seen the company secure substantial investment from BGF to fuel its ambitious scaling plans. Over the last two years, Kubus has successfully completed several key acquisitions, giving the company the ability to broaden its technical expertise and geographic reach across the UK and wider international markets.

The transition into the Kubus Group represents a natural evolution for the company, following decades of successful collaboration between the two organisations.
