The challenge
As part of an office refurbishment project, Humidity Solutions wanted to enhance the workplace experience for a growing in-office workforce while modernising the technology available throughout the office. The business aimed to create an environment that better supported day-to-day collaboration, improved internal communication and reflected the professional standards of the organisation.
Alongside the refurbishment, Humidity Solutions identified an opportunity to upgrade key workplace technologies, including meeting room systems, information displays and visitor welcome screens. The objective was to improve usability for employees while creating a more welcoming and professional experience for customers, suppliers and visitors.

The implementation
Delivering Humidity Solutions’ vision required careful planning, close coordination and a technology strategy aligned with the wider office refurbishment programme. Working alongside the customer and project stakeholders, TenAV designed and deployed a fully integrated workplace technology solution tailored to the organisation’s requirements.
As a brand-agnostic integrator, our focus was on selecting the right technology for each space rather than limiting the solution to a single manufacturer. For the boardroom, we implemented a Microsoft Teams Room powered by Logitech and Lenovo devices, centred around a 75-inch commercial display. The solution delivers intelligent meeting experiences and the latest Microsoft Teams Room functionality, creating a seamless and collaborative environment for both in-person and remote participants.
In the reception area, we deployed TenSignage, our in-house digital signage platform, providing Humidity Solutions with a fully tailored and easy-to-manage communications solution. The platform enables the team to display images, videos, documents and web content while benefiting from advanced scheduling tools, flexible multi screen layouts and a wide range of integrations that keep content engaging, relevant and up to date.
From procurement and installation through to system configuration, software deployment and testing, every stage of the project was carefully managed to minimise disruption to daily operations. Working alongside the wider refurbishment programme, TenAV coordinated closely with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout and successful project delivery.
